Tub-shaped monolithic baptismal font of stone dated 1160 by an inscription running around its middle; a transcription by Bango Torviso reads: "Sancti Spiritus gratia purgat infancium crimina. Era MCLXXXXVIII et quotum Kalendi iunii Ordonius dictur magister fecit" [=The grace of the Holy Ghost cleans the infants' sins. Master Ordonius [Ordoño] made it 1 June, Era 1198] [NB: the 1198 Era date translates into 1160 AD]. [transcription source: e-mail communication of 10 November 2018 from Augusto Guedes].
