There are two objects of our interest in this church; the font of stone consists of a roughly hemispherical basin with a combination of graded mouldings and a wide scotia on the upper half, with one (?) very large and protruding floral motif at front, while the underbowl is gadrooned; raised on a baluster-shaped pedestal base, on a plain square plinth. Rim-buffet type wooden cover, octagonal with large fleuron motifs on the vertical sides, two narrower bodies above, the upper with decorated panels; figural finial. The font and cover stand in the northwest corner by the entranceway. the second object appears to be a composite of at least two formerly unrelated parts: the basin and slender pedestal base appear to be contemporary; the basin is totally covered with a convex ribbed pattern on the outside, while the inner basin has a concave ribbed pattern on theits sides; a ropw moulding is located where the stem joind the underbowl; the colonnette of the base has deep torsade pattern all around; the lower base appears to be the unrelated part; it is round at the top with a well-defined roll moulding ; it splays out to two other mouldings and a square lower end; at the angles are well-executed foliated motifs, some with ball motifs atop. It is a quality piece made of marble; parts of it may belong to the early periods of the church.
