A large stone basin resting on its side is now kept outside the church; it appears totally plain and has a large drain hole; there appears to be another, smaller, basin supporting it, unless it was part of the base; other objects are kept in the same area within a metal railing enclosure. The plaque on the back wall identifies this as the old baptismal font of Montecubeiro.
