The entry for this church in Romanico Digital [www.romanicodigital.com/cedar/pila-bautismal-69001.aspx] accessed 5 May 2018] notes and illustrates a baptismal font outside the church. The Turismo Rias Baixas site [http://turismoriasbaixas.com/web/portal-web/recursopan1?content=280377659] [accessed 5 May 2018] reports a 12th-13th century font outside the church, on the churchyard side: "En el acceso al cementerio, en un lateral, ha sido rehabilitada la antigua pila bautismal de granito del s. XII - XIII". Baptismal font now disused and serving as water trough or reservoir by the side of the church, on the churchyard side; it consists of a roughly hemispherical basin raised on a very small round and moulded lower base, and a large square plinth; the large scallops on the sides of the basin make it look like an artichoke, and are, at the same time, indicative of of a period later than the original church here, perhaps near the yaer 1508 when the monks turned the ruinous medieval church into a convent/monastery for their own use. No font cover present. [NB: we have no information of the font in use inside the church].
