There are three entries for this Horsingtone [variant spellings] in the Domesday survey [http://opendomesday.org/place/TF1968/horsington/] [accessed 18 April 2018], none of which mentions cleric or church in it. The GENUKI entry for this Horsington [www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/LIN/Horsington/] [accessed 18 April 2018] notes:The Anglican parish church was dedicated to All Saints and was originally a thatched structure [...] fell into ruins in the mid-1800s. A temporary structure was used for a few years for services. The church was rebuilt of red brick with stone dressings in 1860 and dedicated to All Saints." The entry for this church in Historic England [Listing NGR: TF1925668731] notes: "All fittings are C19 including the font." There is a second entry in for a religious building in Horsington, Lincs., in Historic England [Listing NGR: TF2025967748]: "Private chapel attached to Poolham Hall, now a ruin. Probably C13." Neither of the above mention a medieval font in it. The entry for Horsington Church in the Woodhall Spa Group of Churches [http://lincoln.ourchurchweb.org.uk/woodhallspa/horsington/page1/] [accessed 18 April 2018] reports an "original thatched church, All Hallows, dating from the seventeenth century and sited to the west of the village" that preceded the present church. There is an entry for a "Site of All Hallows Church. A Scheduled Monument in Horsington, Lincolnshire" in Historic England [https://ancientmonuments.uk/103721-site-of-all-hallows-church-horsington#.WteTi2sUlrQ] [accessed 18 April 2018], with the following coordinates: Latitude: 53.1943 / 53°11'39"N -- Longitude: -0.2382 / 0°14'17"W. The present site of the former church is locally described as "just a shapeless mound" now.
