The now disused font is octagonal with vertical sides; it shows considerable damage to the upper rim, the most common damage to old fonts, damage probably caused by an anchoring for an old cover. The object, which is used outside the church as a decorative planter, on the north side of the west portal, is very weathered, covered in moss and lichens.
