Baptismal font of the 12th-13th century listed in Palissy [ref.: PM16000489]; it cites George et Guérin Boutaud, les églises romanes de l'ancien diocèse d'Angoulême (1928: 309-312) as reference. Described in Michel Claveyrolas: "Les fonts baptismaux consistent en une cuve circulaire très épaisse. La margelle présente un retrait à l'intérieur. Quatre colonnes comportant un tore à la base et au sommet encadrent la cuve. Hauteur: 55cm. Diamètre extérieur: 94cm. Diamètre intérieur: 57cm." Against the northwest corner of the nave is the medieval monolithic font, a cylindrical basin with four large constructional shafts at 90-degree angles, with simple roll mouldings defining the top and bottom of the shafts; the round inner basin has a depression at top that would have been made to accommodate a round cover, now missing; the font is covered in green moss and lichens.
