Scene Description: "De una forma cronológica corresponde al ultimo periodo de las conversiones la Crucifixión grabada en una piedra caliza que mide de largo 61 centímetros, por 55 de ancho y 8 de grosor, la cual fue hallada en el templo románico de Hospital de O Incio, bajo el pavimento del ábside en recientes obras de restauración; este interesante hallazgo del arte indígena paleocristiano de Galicia, fue ampliamente estudiado por d. Jaime Delgado Gómez, que con cierta cautela lo data del siglo VI, considerándolo de primer orden dentro de una extraordinaria primicia temática(la crucifixión), lo mismo sucede con su función, que, por sus características parece haber sido hecha para ser empotrada en una pared, muro, o quizás fuese el frente de un altar."
