A baptismal font originally from the old church destroyed by the Protestants in the 16th century, and still in ruins; the font appears to be a composite object of ill-fitted parts; it consists of a polygonal basin [six sides?] of plain almost vertical sides, with a graded chamfer towards the bottom; raised on what appears to be a fragment of a Gothic colum with some decoration remaining at the top; square lower base. The wooden cover, flat and plain, appears old and of the same shape as the basin. Although described as 'carolingiens' by some local sources the font is obviously a composite object fo doubtful pedigree.
