Stone baptismal font of the 12th century in this church listed in Palissy [ref.: PM71000646]. Listed and illustrated in the Archives départementales de Saône-et-Loire [http://www.archives71.fr/arkotheque/] [accessed 4 September 2017]: "fonts baptismaux : chapiteau romain réemployé [ref.:] 3FI263/35". The much damaged and eroded basin appears to be square at the top and round at the bottom; it is raised on roughly circular pedestal base and a square lower base. It appears to have a cover of sorts, though it looks just like a thick slice from a tree trunk, whcih suggests the font is no longer in use.
