Liste in Palissy [ref.: PM60001253]: "Les fonts en pierre sculptée se composent d'une base quadrangulaire sur laquelle repose une cuve circulaire cantonnée de quatre colonnettes indépendantes, placées sur des bases moulurées [...] Les colonnettes sont couronnées de chapiteaux sculptés de feuillages et de crochets qui font corps avec la cuve en se prolongeant en bandeau tout autour d'elle. Ce bandeau est sculpté de feuilles polylobées juxtaposées verticalement les unes aux autres [...] mauvais état [...] 4e quart 12e siècle, 1er quart 13e siècle (?)". Noted and illustrated in Eglises de l'Oise [www.eglisesdeloise.com/monument/oudeuil-eglise-saint-martin/] [accessed 26 June 2017]: "la cuve baptismale du début du 13ème siècle est tout à fait remarquable (2007)." The font is of a medieval design common in this area, and in the southwest of England in which the hemispherical basin appears to be suspended in the square frame supported by columns (the latter some times clustered).
