Enneagonal baptismal font of the mid-13th century listed and illustrated in Palissy [ref.: PM60000870]: "Fonts baptismaux en pierre composés d'une base à neuf pans, d'un support central circulaire et d'une cuve également à neuf côtés et cantonnée sur trois petits côtés de chapiteaux sculptés polygonaux [...] Le décor de la cuve est de trois sortes : des branches avec des feuilles de chêne, de grandes feuilles polylobées plaquées et des petites feuilles polylobées terminant des tiges et parmi lesquelles se mêlent des fruits. Le décor de la cuve se prolonge sur les trois petits chapiteaux qui la cantonnent mais sous une autre forme : petites feuilles à lobes arrondis juxtaposées les unes aux autres [...] Le décor de ces fonts baptismaux permet de les dater du milieu du 13e siècle [...] oeuvre mutilée [...] Les trois colonnettes qui entouraient la cuve ont disparu." [NB: the three colonnettes were replaced in the 2003 restoration].
