Baptismal font of the mid-13th century listed and illustrated in Palissy [ref.: PM60000845]: "Fonts baptismaux plan hexagonal] en pierre [calcaire] sculptée avec décor en relief [...] Les fonts se composent d'une base octogonale moulurée d'un tore aplati, d'une gorge et d'un tore en amande, d'un support constitué d'un simple cylindre couronné d'un astragale, et enfin d'un cuve octogonale couronnée d'une épaisse moulure. Chacune des faces de la cuve porte un décor végétal, feuillages, pommes de pin, feuilles de nénuphar [...] Présence de 2 couches de badigeons différents [...] Oeuvre datée du milieu du 13e siècle." Palissy (ibid.) also notes the presence of a container for the holy water: "réserve à eau bénite : h=13, d=34".
