Baptismal font and holy-water stoup noted in SIPA [IPA.00001585] [www.monumentos.pt/Site/APP_PagesUser/SIPA.aspx?id=1585] [accessed 24 May 2017]: "No espaço junto ao portal observa-se uma pia de água benta semicircular e, no lado oposto, jaz a pia baptismal de forma semiesférica". The baptismal font is located in the ruins of this church, disused since the 19th century; the font appears to be a composite object: fragment of a roughly hemispherical font that appears devoid of decoration and has most of its upper rim missing; there is a large notch where the lock of an old font cover would have fitted; raised on a moulded stem and a round-to-square lower base with decorated angles. No cover present.
