Listed and illustrated in Palissy [ref.: PM19000354]: "Mesure à grain [granite] octogonale dont la ceinture supérieure est circulaire ; le fond est en plan incliné et comporte un orifice circulaire [...] armoiries sculptées sur l'avers : écu écartelé, aux 1 et 4 chargés de trois roses qui sont Beaufort, aux 2 et 3 chargés de trois barres [...] 16e siècle". The 'stoup' is mounted on an unrelated block. [NB: we have no information on the font of the original 11th-12th century church here]
