The present font in this church consists of a tub-shaped basin appears modern and is decorated with a thick rope moulding around its middle; it is raised on a re-cycled (?) square block decorated with a deeply-carved arch-head on each side; a square lower base cut to match the shape of the upper base. It is a strange combination of three stone blocks, certainly a composite object; is it possible that the basin may have been re-carved from an earlier font? The metal cover is modern.
