Baptismal font listed and illustrated in Palissy [ref.: IM10008516]: "calcaire [...] Cuve octogonale. Couvercle en cuivre, bassine à 2 compartiments en cuivre étamé [...] 16e siècle (?)". The font appears monolithic, the upper half neatly carved, the lower half rough; the inner basin insert is made of copper and has a double basin. Copper dome-shaped font cover with acorn finial/handle.
