A baptismal font of some age, photographed here ca. 1910, has been replaced by a modern font. The old font consisted of a roughly hemospherical basin raised on a pedestal base; it had a rim-buffet type of wooden cover that opened at the front and had a shelf to store the vials, etc. [NB: we have no information on the whereabouts of thr old font and cover].
