There are two baptismal fonts in this church. The early one, probably contemporary with the mid-16th century church of the Franciscan monastery, consists of a stone basin roughly of hemispherical shape, decorated with a flat moulding at the upper rim, a band of scalloped pattern below and one thin moulding, and foliage motif all around the underbowl; raised on a modern round-to-square pedestal base. No cover present. The second font is similar in general shape, modern, its basin decorated withstylised motifs of the traditional Tequitqui style, including the Franciscan cingulum all around; it stands on a moulded circular base and a square lower base.
