Baptismal font of granite listed in Mackeprang (1941) as one of a small group related to the Himmerland-Mariagertypen, made up of those at Siem, Torup, Ullits and Viggerby. The font consists of a hemispherical basin, a short round stem and a squat square lower base; there are three lions on the sides of the basin, two rendered in profile, passant, with elaborate manes and twisting tails that end in floral tufts; the rather canine heads have long arm-thick tongues the lions face each other across a human face in their middle, on the south side of the basin; it is part of a long-haired head that has a moustache and appears to have a forked beard or some decoration (?) below, but not a body; the third lion is rendered also in a passant-gardant pose, its head somewhat humanised with sharp propped-up ears; the carving is low-relief, kept very close to the overall plane; the square lower base has a thick moulding all around. No cover present. The baptismal dish ['fadet'] is noted in this same source as being late-16th century, from southern Germany.
