Baptismal font of granite listed in Mackeprang (1941) as part of the Himmerland-Mariagertypen, Mariagergruppen-B, which includes also the font at Astrup. The font consists of a roughly cylindrical basin decorated with deeply-carved pairs of bi-corporal lions with non-felines heads, their manes downplayed compared with those of the Mariagergruppen-A (Hov, Skjellerup, etc.), to the point that at least one of them could be female; the bodies of the animals and their legs suggest a bovine animal, perhaps a bull, and their heads could indicate that too; two large human heads attached to minute bodies appear between the animals' hindquarters, their arms extended along the lower moulding of the basin; on a short moulded cylindrical base. No cover present. Runic inscribed stone in the porch ['våbenhuset'] with the legend "Toste og Asbjørn rejste denne sten efter Tue broder" [Toste and Asbjørn erected this stone to their brother Tue]; it was discovered in 1955; [Danske Runeindskrifter ref.: DK-nr. NJy 50].
