A baptismal located at the west end of the south aisle of this church is illustrated in Eglises de l'Oise [https://www.eglisesdeloise.com/monument/saint-leger-aux-bois-eglise-saint-leger-et-saint-jean-baptiste/] [accessed 12 October 2025]; the font consists of an octagonal basin with plain vertical sides, raised on an octagonal pedestal base that appears to be decorated on its east side; the font cover is octagonal, flat and plain, and appears modern. The font may date from the 16th-century re-building of the original 11th-century priory church here.
