The font here is said to be a Romanesque basin raised on tree lions [source unavailable]. The baptismal font in this church illustrated in Mémoire [ref.: AP80L030295] and captioned "Cuve baptismale, vue générale", does not correspond to the above description: it consists of a roughly cylindrical basin with deeply-carved vertical ribs, raised on a short and plain cylindrical stem, and an octagonal lower base.
