Font Notes:
Stone baptismal font consisting of a square basin with plain tapering sides raised on a short square base decorated with an arcade or fretwork on the sides, a base that is at odds with the basin and is probably a much later addition; the iner well of the basin is square and it was carve to accommodate a flat square font cover; the upper rim of the basin retains two metal staples at opposite ends for the anchoring of the old cover. No cover present.
