Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM02001547]: "fonts baptismaux [...] La cuve repose sur un pied et une base très petite, elle est décorée sur chaque face de deux tiges souples, séparées par une feuille, qui se terminent en volutes à l'angle. Sur le dessus une fleur de lys orne chaque angle. La base de la cuve comporte deux tores séparés par une scotie. Le piedestal : 2 tores séparés par une scotie reposant sur un socle, quatre griffes partant du tore inférieur meublent les angles. [...] Cuve en calcaire date du 12e siècle ; couvercle en bronze à deux battants date du 20e siècle." Listed also in Palissy [ref.: PM02001638]: "fonts baptismaux [...] Cuve en calcaire [13e siècle], couvercle [1er quart 20e siècle] en fonte à deux battants", and, again, in Palissy [ref.: IM02000480]. [NB: the latter listings do not indicate it is the church in Ardon, but they appear to refer to the same church and font].
