A large stone font of crude workmanship now located outside the church west entranceway; it consists of an octagonal (?) basin of course granite with blank side tapering in around the rounded underbowl, and a short polygonal base of the same material; both pieces are irregular; the basin has been cut at the rim, probably to accommodate font-cover hardware, and an indentation has also been made on an upper side of the octagon for a cover lock; a further alteration, perhaps of a later date, was made to the inside of the basin well, introducing a partition to divide the well into two compartments, a modern practice popular in French fonts after the 16th century. There is another granite font inside the church, of much later date and chalice-shaped, still used for baptisms.
