Holy-water stoup noted and illustrated in Martin & Armand-Caillat (1908) with date in the 11th century; it is an odd object, no doubt composite, consisting of a round irregular basin decorated with roll mouldings at top and bottom, and one human [female? / Luxuria?] figure holding snakes on one of the sides; it is raised on a square pillar of later date, decorated with mouldings and fluted pattern. Palissy [ref.: PM69000343] lists two holy-water stoups of the 12th century in this church: "bénitier (2) [...] marbre (gris) ; marbre (blanc) [...] 12e siècle [...] h = 22 ; la = 59 ; pr = 46 (Dimensions du bénitier de gauche) ; Bénitier de droite : h = 23 ; la = 54 ; pr = 40", but these may be different from the one boted and illustrated in Martin above. [NB: a marble font said to be originally from Saint-Louis of Lyon is now [2022] in Église Notre-Dame de La Vineuse, Saone-et-Loire]
