Described in the site of the Paroisse Saint-Anne-du-Perche [http://sainteanneduperche.com/Eglise-de-Gournay-le-Guerin] [accessed 28 March 2016]: baptismal font of stone; dated 1553 by an inscription; it consists of a round basin decorated with two mouldings between which are four protruding lion heads set at 90-degree angles on the sides; between the lions as many cartouches; the underbowl has four angels, each below the lion head on the basin side; square pedestal base with blank panels. The font was badly damaged but has been repaired. Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM27000880]: "fonts baptismaux [...] 3e quart 16e siècle".
