Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM36000062] as an octagonal font of limestone from the 13th century. The font consists of an octagonal basin with vertical sides, one of which with a large notch probably made for the placement of a cover lock, otherwise plain but for a moulding all around; the underbowl chamfer has a human head next to a large floral motif on each of the eight sides; the inner basin well is octagonal; on a plain octagonal pedestal base that chamfers and widens at the lower base. No font cover present.
