Listed in Palissy [ref.: PM32000311]: "Fonts [baptismaux, plomb] simplement posés sur une étagère de pierre, dans une encoignure de l'église. Ils sont de plan circulaire et comportent trois zones décoratives superposées. [...] 13e siècle (?) [...] Ces fonts baptismaux s'apparentent étroitement à ceux, déjà classés, de Lombez. Ils proviennent très certainement du même atelier, sans doute installé à Toulouse." The font uses a decorative plan similar to the one on the lead fonts at Lombez and Puycasquier, although arranged in a different way; the lion hunting scene, the weird bird, the floral and foliage motifs are identical; the lower half differs considerably from both Lombez and Puycasquier, although the style of the work is certainly the same; below the broad band that is practically identical to the other two fonts, comes a rope moulding, then a narrower band populated by lions, griffins and other fabulous beasts, as well as plants of several types; there is one other rope moulding below, and then a narrow band with a lovely rendered acanthus vine. This font is made of several plates of set design repeated around the basin with soldering showing at the edges; it is apparent that some of the plates on this font were made using the same moulds used at Lombez, Pébées, Pycasquier, Sabonnères, Saiguède and others.
