Baptismal font of oval shape characteristic of this period in France; the outer shape is oval, the sides of the basin are decorated with a grapevione in high relief; the inside of the basin is divided into two round wells, one provided with a drain, again, a common design of French fonts of the period; raised on a plain oval pedestal base; irregular octagonal plinth. No cover present. [NB: see Bouconvillers No. 2 for a stoup with similar decoration and time period in the same church].
