Stoup consists of an octagonal basin with a prominent rim moulding; two grotesque humanoid demi-figures, and one full-bodied fabulous animal with a somewhat simian head and pointed ears, decorate three of the sides; the other five sides are plain; raised on a cylindrical pedestal base and an octagonal lower base, both, as indicated in the Palissy entry above, modern concrete. Wooden cover, octagonal, flat and plain; also modern.
