The 'discovery' of a medieval stone baptismal font here is noted in Hermans (1855). Pol Herman informs (e-mail of 16 November 2021 to BSI): Cornelis Rudolphus Hermans in Dietsche Warande Jaargang 1 (1855: 193), Vlugtige blikken in de kerkelijke archaeologie van Noordbrabant, writes speaks of the fonts of Herpen, Deursen, Ravestein, Uden and Velp. This must be the Sint-Vincentiuskerk; I searched for information and I contacted local people, but I found no information." [NB: we have no current information on this font or its whereabouts -- was it moved to the new parish church in 1937?]
