Baptismal font of dark (blue-ish/black) limestone consisting of an octagonal basin with four protruding human heads at 90-degree angles, at least one of which appears to be female and wearing a wimple/cowl; moulding all around; on a pedestal base. There is no cover present but a baptismal dish of metal is in use, as often in northern churches. [NB: we have no information on the font of the original 12th-century church here].
