The location of this font, inside a narrow alcove in the wall, permits to see only the basin and its cover atop a wooden closet; what is not clear is whether there is a stone base now covered by the wooden closet, or not at all. The basin appears to be one of the classic Romanesque types of the area, round and not very deep [source gives 29 cm as the height of the basin]; the stone appears to be the bluish limestone characteristic of the Namur and Tournai areas.
