Country Name: Netherlands

The present font in this church is entirely made of brick, and dates from the 1941-1944 restoration of the church; it consists of an octagonal basin with a moulded underbowl on an octagonal pedestal and small splaying lower base; it has a wooden top with a large round opening for a metal baptismal dish, as it is common in theses areas. There is another font (?) made of metal that is wall-mounted by the side of the pulpit; it matches the hour-glass on the pulpit, both probably from 1990s. [NB: the nave of this church is said to date ca. 1100, but we have no information on the original font here],
