Font Notes:
A [fragment of?] round basin most likely from a baptismal font of the medieval period serves now as a lavabo in the scraisty of this church; it has two incised grooves below the upper rim, and a blind arcade of round arches supported on single columns with capitals and bases all around the sides; it is now partly built into the sacristy wall, and supported on a columnar base of unrelated origin. [NB: ne have no confirmation whether or not the basin was originally from this church, or when it was set up for re-use in the sacristy]. The present font is made of metal and dated ca. 1860.
