Wall mounted holy-water stoup located by the entranceway; the object is roughly quadrangular, though rather irregular, with a Greek cross carved on its front; there appear to be letters carved on each arm of the cross [alpha and omega on the horizontal arms? tau and ypsilon on the vertical arms?] [NB: the present font in this church [cf. Index entry Giornico No. 1] was originally from the nearby Chiesa di San Michele, also in Giornico -- NB: we have no information on the font of the original church here]
