Noted with some measurements in Romanico Digital [www.romanicodigital.com/documentos_web/pdf/PDF´S_VISOR On-Line Abierto/PONTEVEDRA/Ouzande.swf] [accessed 21 April 2015] as a baptismal font in the Romanesque style [="pila bautismal de tradición románica"]. Although the church is probably mid- to late-12th century the font could be of considerably later date; it consists of a round tapering basin raised on a cylindrical pedestal base, all plain; crude workmanship.
