An entry in the Jaarboek van Limburgs Geschied- en Oudheidkundliche Genootschap (vol. 5, 1868: 458), listed under the heading "Voici quelques données concernant des actes de vandalisme qui se commettent encore de nos jours dans le Limbourg aux fonts baptismaux", notes: "Le font baptismal de Nederweert se trouve dans la nouvelle église d'Ohé et Laak érigée en 1860". The entry for this church in the Kerkgebouwen in Limburg [https://www.kerkgebouwen-in-limburg.nl/kerken/nederweert/lambertus], the entry in the Rijksmonumente [https://rijksmonumenten.nl/monument/30315/sint-lambertuskerk/nederweert/] and the entry in Reliwiki [https://reliwiki.nl/index.php/Nederweert,_Kerkstraat_58_-_Lambertus] [accessed 28 December 2021] all report a limestone baptismal font of 1698 with a copper [brass] cover. The donnor's name, Hendrick Deenkens, is given in another source.
