Catalogued and illustrated in Ghislain (2009) as the base a baptismal font of the Namurois group, filiation Beauvechain, made of limestone (calcaire viséen ou dévonien) ca. 1155-1165; the remaining part of the old font appears to include the whole of the square lower base, moulded bases for the five supports, and the characteristic broad lanceolated leaf at each angle; Ghislain (ibid.) remarks that the broad central shaft is probably original as well, that the detached four outer colonnettes are of doubtful date, and that the affiliation of the font remains is definitely Beauvechain, with some detail similarities with the 'hutois' font now at Le Grand Curtius" [cf. Index entry].
