Baptismal font illustrated in López de Guereñu [https://photo.araba.eus/s/photoaraba/item/66102] [accessed 25 July 2024] described as: "Pila bautismal en Salinas de Añana [...] La copa de gran tamaño presenta tres fajas de motivos decorativos; la inferior y la superior presenta sarta de bolas y la intermedia, motivos vegetales muy planos. Los extremos presentan dos leones alados y el pie presenta decoración de arquerías ciegas". Baptismal font consisting of a round tapering basin raised on a very short round pedestal base; on four opposite sides of the basin are four very prominent angel figures; around the basin, between the angels, a row of large floral motifs on the upper level, followed down by a roll moulding, below which are arranged three large square flowers in each of the four sides of the basin; there is also a torsade pattern between each square flower; a roll moulding divides the basin sides from the underbowl, the latter decorated with a row of ball motif; the squat stem of the base is decorated with a row of trefoiled arch-heads; not clear whether or not part of the base is buried in the present flooring.
