English Heritage [Listing NGR: SJ7090261074] (1967) reports a "C16 carved oak font cover", but mentions no font. The Baptism register starts in 1538 [Cheshire Record Office call number: P211/1/1-3, P211/2, P211/3/13, P211/4]. [NB: we have no information on the font of the ca. 1300 church here].
