Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [http://medeltidbild.historiska.se/medeltidbild/visa/foremal.asp?objektid= 930711F5] [accessed 11 January 2015], as a baptismal font of the 13th century made of sopastone [NB: the SHM warns that the totally unique design of the object offers no comparative data for dating it, and that it could be considerably later [="betydligt yngre"]]. The font consists of two volumes: a tub-shaped basin decorated with a broad flat moulding all around the upper half, raised on an inverted roughly hemispherical base. Crude work. No cover present. It is now raised on a modern wooden plinth.
