Font Notes:
Noted in Hallbäck (1959) as a baptismal font made of soapstone in the 13th century. Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [http://medeltidbild.historiska.se/medeltidbild/visa/foremal.asp?objektid= 930710F3] [accessed 11 January 2015] as a baptismal font of ca. 1200, of the "Dalslandsgruppen" soapstone fonts; it consists of a tub-shaped basin raised on a round pedestal base decorated with a double moulding on the stem, a splaying lower end. No cover present.
