Noted in O. Reutersvärd's Uppsvenska nodfuntar in Ars Suetica 7 (1983: 359ff). Noted and illustrated in the SHM’s database Medeltidens bildvärld [930617F1] as a "nodgruppen" baptismal font made of limestone in the 15th century. Round basin with a series of encircled rosettes framed in a running vine below; plain underbowl; the middle volume is an exaggerated version of the usually more restrained centre ring, in this case very large and carved as a crude interlace; the base proper is round, the stem conical and with a moulding atop. Crude version of an awkward font design seen also at Silvberg, etc. [cf. BSI entry for Stora Tuna No. 1 for a base fragment of the possible original baptismal font of this church].
