Noted and illustrated in Hallbäck (1961) as a baptismal font made of soapstone in the 13th century, located then in the south side of the chancel. The font shows covered in an oil wash/paint in a 1918 photograph [cf. ImagesArea]. Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 930706F3] as a baptismal font made of soapstone in the mid-13th century. The font consists of two blocks: the upper block consists of a quatrefoil-shaped basin, inside and out, and about half of the stem, a cluster of columns with a moulding atop; the lower block has the same cluster of columns, with two mouldings making up the lower base. No font cover present.
