Font Notes:
Joost Limburg, writes (e-mail to BSI 16 December 2014): "Not surprisingly there's no font. All that remains of the church is the chancel; the stones of the nave are said to have been reused for the new(er) parish church in Paços de Gaiolo." The remains of the old chapel, chiefly the chancel, are listed in SIPA [www.monumentos.pt/Site/APP_PagesUser/SIPA.aspx?id=4934] [accessed 21 December 2014] as being late-Romanesque, likely 13th-century.
