The basin of one of two disused fonts located now [August 2014] outside this church; this one is a dodecagonal basin with plain vertical sides and a tapering underbowl chamfer, also plain; the remains of a vertical partition of the inner well are still clearly visible inside, but it has the appearance of it being a later addition rather than contemporary with the original basin; the outer sides of the basin corresponding to the ends of the partition have been cut off; was this made to acommodate cover hardware? The inner well of the basin is full of debris.
