On-site notes: baptismal font made of coarse granite; it consists of a roughly hemoispherical basin decorated with four floral or foliage motifs at 90-degree angles; the 'flower' of the motif is quatrefoil but has a tail-like lower part; allaround the basin lower sides and underbowl is a ribbed pattern of broad ribs; the lower base is roughly conical, with four human heads protruding at 90-degree angles. It is a very crude work and it has had a rough handling, and has damage to the upper rim, probably related to the old cover hardware. Said locally to be ca. 1300. There is a smaller basin, also hemispherical inside the font bowl; not known what it was or why is there.
